We want you to love your LumenKitchen scale. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. If your item is defective or damaged, this condition does not apply.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return Email us at support.lumenkitchen@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within [1–2 business days] with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items If your scale arrives damaged or isn't working correctly, contact us within [7 days] of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
